Are you an experienced Automation Engineer/PLC Programmer with at least 5 years of experience looking for a new challenge? At TMC, we are searching for passionate and dedicated engineers with strong enthusiasm for optimizing and automating robots, production lines, and factories.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating and customizing PLC programs to control production equipment and systems. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing solutions for continuous integration and delivery. You will work on optimizing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance of our clients' systems. Your responsibilities will also include supporting development teams with tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality in the clients' automation solutions.

You will work in a dynamic environment with close collaboration between different teams, providing you with the opportunity to develop both technical and communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is educated as a university or civil engineer with at least 5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer, PLC Programmer, Production Technician, or similar. You are driven by improving and streamlining systems and processes and have a strong interest in automation. We expect that you are fluent in both English and Swedish.

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Working with and developing MES systems.
• Design and implementation of PLC/SCADA systems; primarily Siemens, TIA Portal.
• Working with machine safety and related standards.
• Development of control systems and their architecture.
• Automotive.
