We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Product Manager to play a pivotal role in refining and scaling our core subscription service.

Elvy is a software company that provides a unique subscription service centered around managing household projects. Our platform is essential for coordinating several third-party partners (e.g., installers, suppliers, service providers) through a central, managed project lifecycle. This is more than just a SaaS; we provide the operational backbone that ensures successful project delivery for our customers.

The Opportunity: Refactoring and Innovation

We are embarking on an exciting phase of software refactoring and the strategic addition of "missing" features that will unlock significant new value for our users and partners. This role is crucial in defining the path forward, ensuring technical excellence, and driving customer-centric innovation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)


• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the roadmap for the core platform, focusing on both the refactoring effort and the introduction of new, high-impact features.


• Refactoring & Technical Debt: Collaborate closely with engineering to prioritize refactoring efforts, understanding technical trade-offs, and ensuring the final architecture supports long-term scalability and robustness.


• Customer Project Management: Own the product features related to the end-to-end project lifecycle management (from initiation to completion), specifically those that involve coordination with our network of managed partners and customer installations.


• Customer Success Integration (CS): Analyze usage data and feedback gathered by the Customer Success team to identify product gaps and opportunities that improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.


• Feature Specification: Write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for development teams.

What You'll Bring (Required Know-How)


• Computer Science (CS) or Engineering Background: A strong technical foundation that allows for effective communication with engineers about architecture and refactoring complexities.


• Project Management Expertise: Direct experience managing or defining software for complex projects, particularly those involving customer installations and multiple external stakeholders/partners.


• Refactoring Experience: Proven ability to manage product roadmaps during significant platform refactoring, balancing new feature development with technical maintenance.

  • • SaaS/Subscription Experience: Familiarity with the metrics and operational dynamics of a B2B or B2C subscription software model.
