Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks integrated into Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Agent Force platform and its customization.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application within Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with Einstein AI services and Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Background in customer service automation and chatbot development.
