We're seeking a sharp, entrepreneurial
Business Partner (Partnerships)
to drive new revenue through strategic alliances and direct sales. You'll open doors, craft win-win deals, and own the full cycle from prospecting to signed partnership.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a high-quality partner pipeline (agencies, platforms, distributors).
- Lead outreach, discovery, solution mapping, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close agreements, and hand off for onboarding.
- Track KPIs: meetings set, partner CAC, cycle time, win rate, revenue per partner.
- Collaborate with the CEO on offers, pricing, and go-to-market experiments.
You are
- A closer with 3–7 years in B2B sales/partnerships or BD.
- Fluent in English; crisp communicator, written and verbal.
- Process-driven (CRM, cadences, metrics) yet creative in dealmaking.
- Comfortable in a fast, founder-led environment. You execute and finish.
Compensation
Commission-only. Uncapped, tiered structure with accelerators based on monthly new revenue.
Location
Gothenburg (hybrid) or remote within Sweden.
