Country Key Account Manager

Salveo is looking for an international food company with many famous confectionery brands under its umbrella, their Country Key Account Manager residing in Sweden or Norway.
He/She will lead their commercial strategy across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden and Norway.
Your mission:
Build and grow strong partnerships with major retailers and distributors, driving sales performance and market expansion for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for key customers in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland).
Negotiate and execute profitable joint business plans aligned with company strategy.Manage the end-to-end customer relationship – forecasting, pricing, profitability, marketing, logistics, and cash collection.Lead business development initiatives, including new account openings, product listings, and NPD launches to drive growth in sales, volume, and market share.Work closely with the Nordic Area Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure operational excellence.Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs such as volume, revenue, margin, distribution, and market share.
Ensure effective internal communication and performance reporting across departments.
Profile:
Minimum 8 years' experience in FMCG sales or key account management within the Nordic region.Deep understanding of the Swedish and Norwegian retail markets.Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong record of delivering results.Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills at all levels.Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.Languages: Swedish or Norwegian speaker, fluent in English (French is a plus).
Willingness to travel across the Nordic countries.
