What will you do?

As a Content Creator at Rebtel, you'll produce fast-paced, faceless UGC-style videos that engage audiences across platforms like TikTok and Meta. Your work will bring Rebtel's stories and products to life through short-form video content that resonates across markets and drives conversions. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and technical skill with a strong understanding of UGC trends and compelling hooks.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Plan, script, film, edit, and produce engaging, fast paced UGC-style videos that attract attention and convert users.
  • Write strong hooks and captions, add impactful visuals and sound, and continuously test and iterate creatives based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative strategist and performance marketers to optimize content, stay ahead of platform trends, and localize assets for different markets.
  • Support additional creative needs such as motion graphics and static visuals, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven track record of creating UGC content that drives results.
  • Practical experience on how to stay updated on trends on social media.
  • Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe After Effects, or similar).
  • Strong eye for storytelling and pacing in short-form video.
  • Understanding of good, engaging hooks and hook rates.
  • Experience creating content for international audiences.
  • Experience of telecom industry is a plus.
  • Experience of performance marketing for an app is a plus.
