Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily management of outsourced production.
  • Build-up and introduction of new products made at contract manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor yield and costs; initiate corrective actions on yield losses and related problems.
  • Track and execute improvement actions.
  • Monitor quality and execute out-of-control actions.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) processes as new products enter production lines.
  • Conduct data analysis in JMP.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects.

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
  • Solid competence in program or project management.
  • Experience in the electro-optical industry is beneficial.

Skills

  • Demonstrated initiative and practical leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal manufacturing staff, R&D, Commodity Managers, finance, global Coherent manufacturing sites, and contract manufacturers.
  • Language: Fluent English; Fluent Swedish is preferred.
