Product Manager

Over the past eight years we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the financial health of our users - one credit at the time.

So far, we've helped millions of users by refinancing expensive consumer loans. But we aim higher; new markets, new products and new ways of improving financial lives in an innovative way. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for our core offering joining a diverse scaleup environment with co-workers who are motivated, adaptable and committed to creating fantastic (we mean amazing) products.

What You Will Be Doing
We believe that everyone should get the interest rate they deserve, meaning that assisting our users with debt management will always be at the core of what we do. You'll play a key role in shaping our core product (refinancing) while helping to explore and build new fintech solutions that people truly need. Together with a team of engineers, designers and other specialists, you'll drive projects forward with focus, speed and a clear sense of ownership.

Your Work Will Cover Things Like

• Turning user needs into product opportunities and features.
• Supporting strategy by connecting product outcomes to business goals.
• Using data and insights to make smart decisions and run experiments.
• Coordinating with your team to keep roadmaps realistic, transparent and on track.
• Communicating progress and learnings across the company.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who can make complex things simple, and who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-moving environment. You don't need to have led large product organizations – what matters is that you've worked closely with engineers and designers and know how to bring an idea from concept to launch.

We Believe You'll Bring

• Around 3+ years of experience in product management (or equivalent).
• Experience in building and improving digital products (web and/or app).
• Knowledge of product methodologies, user research and roadmapping.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize what really matters.
• A curious, commercial mindset and interest in what drives customer engagement.

Fintech experience is a plus but not a must – we'll help you get up to speed. What counts most is your drive to learn, execute and grow with us.
