We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm office minimum twice per week.
About The Role
As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of financial information within the group. With Quinyx's strong growth, you will also be a central part of the continued development of Quinyx's global financial processes and routines. You will manage different finance related development projects and processes to improve our way of working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively develop, implement and improve Quinyx's financial processes, routines and working methods together with the CFO, Head of Accounting and Manager, Business Controlling to enable the company's strong growth and international expansion. In particular, actively improve the use and implementation of our financial systems including accounting and FP&A.
• Driving the monthly close of the Swedish entities and making sure numbers are correctly reported in a timely manner.
• Preparation of fast and fair period and annual accounts including running reports on accounts receivables, the period's revenue recognition, annual reports, tax returns, declarations and audits.
• Analysis and presentation of P&L, cash flow and balance sheet items on a monthly basis. Reporting is done both internally and externally towards the management team, the board and our owners.
• Supporting our Business Controller with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Supporting our Business Controller with cash reporting and improving our cash forecasting.
• Controlling the financing of the business including reporting of covenants to our lenders.
• Assisting your team members as well as external contacts on accounting-related questions.
• Ad hoc analyses and reports.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Practical experience in extensive accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree or similar in accounting, finance, economics or other relevant fields.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Great if the person has experience working for SaaS or other technology company, but it's not a requirement.
• Fluent English and Swedish are required.
