AI Automation Engineer

Job Description

• Architect and implement agentic AI frameworks, enabling autonomous agents to perform complex tasks across enterprise environments.

• Lead the integration of GitHub Copilot into development and testing workflows, optimizing code generation, review, and deployment.

• Define and execute AI testing strategies, including evaluation pipelines, data validation, and CI/CD integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI automation practices and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Proven experience with agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous decision-making systems.

• Strong proficiency in GitHub, including Copilot, Actions, and repository management for AI-driven development.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and secure data handling.

• Advanced programming skills in Python, with experience in API integration and automated pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI principles such as fairness, reliability, and transparency, and their application in enterprise environments.

• Experience in quality engineering with deep hands-on experience in Test automation frameworks integrated with AI capabilities.

• Exposure to test automation in DBT/Python environments, especially in migration or transformation contexts.

• Knowledge of Copilot agents like Writing Coach, Prompt Coach, and Visual Creator, and ability to customize them for business needs.
