Senior Brand Manager

Join us at Ruukki Construction as a Senior Brand Manager and help in bringing sustainable steel-based building solutions to our customers across Europe with a strong brand and local presence. We are currently in the process of building a new Marketing Department, and in this role, you will play a key part in shaping its structure and ways of working. This is a new exciting position that is created to work holistically towards a common Ruukki Construction path to growth.
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will work cross-segment and orchestrates shared plans, content, and ways of working. The role will be driving a unified "One Ruukki Construction" brand approach across our segments of Roofing and Building Envelopes. The mission is to create an elevated Ruukki brand awareness focus across all touchpoints in the customer journey. You will report to Director of Marketing and Communication and can work from Stockholm or Helsinki.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and run the "One Ruukki" marketing workstream
- Build and harmonize cross-segments of our two business areas (Roofing and Building Envelopes) where possible, including work to scale more actions across our three BUs.
- Establish a simple KPI framework and feedback loops to steer priorities (pipeline impact, brand health, brand campaign ROI, content re-use). Also establish these with BUs to interlace sales and marketing.
- Coordinate cross-market brand campaigns, launches, and customer programs with Sales, Product, Digital, and Comms.
- Be the bridge between Product & Services central team and your central marketing team colleagues.
- Champion best practices, upskill teams, and embed common tools/processes to reduce duplication and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a direct or indirect marketing/brand leadership position in a b2b or b2c setting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Fluency in English and local language
- Experience of Insight work, digital customer/consumer experiences, brand management and development.
- Experience and interest in creative development, conceptual and design; with relentless pursuit of brand consistency across touchpoints.
