About the role

As our Senior Product Data Analyst, you'll be a key player in the team. You'll have a high level of freedom and trust, and your expertise will carry real weight in shaping the company's strategic priorities and decisions.

You'll work closely with Product, UX, Design, and Development throughout the entire product lifecycle — continuously adding new tracking points, testing hypotheses, and sharing insights that guide product decisions.

Who you are

You have several years of experience in product data analysis or data science and feel confident taking ownership of your domain. You enjoy experimenting with new approaches, and you're eager to be a driving force in developing our platform and data-driven product strategy. You're proactive, curious, and solution-oriented — someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights.

You will:

  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Develop and track KPIs that guide our product strategy
  • Support the development team with experiment design, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven development
  • Build dashboards and reports that make it easy for the team to make data-informed decisions
  • Explore new ways to leverage data to better understand user needs and behavior

You have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business/product analytics, or data science, preferably in a scale-up or smaller tech company
  • Strong skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one analytical/statistical tool (e.g., Python or R)
  • Experience working with product data, user behavior, or experimentation
  • The ability to communicate insights clearly and engagingly — both to technical and non-technical stakeholders

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment frameworks
  • Worked closely with product or engineering teams — experience with SaaS or subscription-based products is a big plus
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Hands-on experience building and using machine learning models for predictive analysis and segmentation
  • Curiosity about AI and experience applying it in ways that create real business value
  • Experience implementing tracking and analytics events directly in the product
