About the Role

As Finance Manager you will have full responsibility for the financial operations and independently manage everything from start to finish, ensuring the accounting is accurate, of high quality, and delivered, cross border reporting to Germany and Japan. You take care of all tasks connected to the finance function and have personnel responsibility for staff, you will work very close to the business and the CEO in Gothenburg.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and annual reports

  • VAT reporting and tax declarations

  • Project reporting and follow-up

  • Budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis

  • Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities

  • Develop, digitize, and streamline processes and routines

  • Contribute in the Horiba management team

  • Team leadership

Who are you?

  • We believe you have minimum BSc within Finance or equivalent - Master's degree preferred together with minimum 5 years documented successful professional experience

  • You can manage all aspects of accounting independently and are also curious about analyzing results

  • You enjoy a broad scope of tasks, from basic to advanced financial duties

  • You are an experienced in Excel and preferably with VISMA

  • Values, team working and driving a positive culture is important for you

  • You are self-sufficient, responsible, and proactive, working in a structured manner.

  • Internal and external Stakeholder management is essential

  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
