Reporting directly to the CEO

, the SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER is responsible for leading the strategical, tactical and operational work with TEXTILES & GOODS supply chain, with full accountability for all operating and financial targets and KPIs.

The SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER will be given the support and resources required to succeed but also understands that TEXTILES & GOODS has embarked on a growth journey, where the success of said journey will largely be determined by how effective its supply chain, logistics and operations are.

The SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER is responsible for running and optimizing all supply chain-related matters (purchasing, inbound, outbound, logistics, inventory, etc.) for all sales channels (Wholesale, Retail and Online) from the point where it departs from supplier, through the 3PL-partner until it reaches the designated sales channels or end consumer.

Main responsibilities:

·      Work with CEO setting budgets, targets and identifying strategic priorities for the function – focusing on business development and economies of scale within the group 

·      Responsible for reaching and analyzing set KPI targets, and to present measures for future improvement

·      Oversee and be responsible for continuous development of all supply chain activities, including but not limited to; purchasing, logistics, inventory and stock take, order processing and system developments from a Supply Chain point of view

·      Responsible for set cost-budget and part-taking in decisions regarding investments and maintenance needed

·      Build and maintain relationships, identify and drive demand and negotiate agreements with suppliers for continuous development

·      Constantly find new ways of optimizing processes, facilities and equipment within Supply Chain across both brands

·      Lead all Team members in the Supply Chain function, manage the employees to ensure their ongoing development

·      Main point of contact with the assigned 3PL partner

·      Super-user in the company's WMS (Warehouse Management System) "ONGOING" and its connection to the 3PL partner, enabling smooth and flawless logistics flows

·      Super-user in the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) "BUSINESS CENTRAL" and its connection to the all secondary systems ensuring smooth logistical flows

·      Contribute to an overall positive working climate in accordance with TEXTILES & GOODS core values
