Supply & Inventory Planner

Gant Footwear is entering an exciting growth phase, and we are now looking for a Supply & Inventory Planner to join our Product & Operations team. You will play an important role in connecting demand and supply — translating forecasts into purchase plans, maintaining healthy stock levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to our global partners.

The team consists of collection planning, sourcing, design & supply operations, where you report to Head of Planning & Supply. Together we work towards the vision of deliver premium products, securing product availability and supporting profitable sell-in.

The role suits someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in how numbers and planning drive commercial results.

Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory Management

• Responsible for setting & manage optimal stock levels of seasonal, Carry-over styles and outgoing stock. Support in exit strategies and provide recommendations on actions for different scenarios regarding stock
• Oversee monitoring stock levels, order intake, and replenishment performance across global client base to ensure healthy sell-in and in-season availability
• Support business with long-& short-term forecasting- and sales analysis to incorporate into supply plan & OTB, as future inventory strategies
• Close collaboration with Collection, Sales, and Sourcing to align supply plans with assortment strategies, production timelines and seasonal calendars, and pick up on and act on any changes
• Track performance against key KPIs (inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, stock health) and adjust plans as needed

Purchase Order Management

• Consolidate global order volumes to purchase orders (POs), managing PO details & coordinating with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and order confirmations to reduce supply risks and ensure alignment with buy and delivery windows.
• Support decision-making and action planning in the event of short shipments or production delays
• Analys & communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on supply status, risks, and delivery updates to support planning decisions and alignment across teams
• Manage replenishment processes and ensure timely product availability to meet sales targets of Carry Over assortment

Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage data and planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and supply efficiency; develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business reviews & decision-making
• Develop ad-hoc analytical reports to address evolving business needs
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in supply and inventory processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply- and inventory-planning tools, ERP systems, and forecasting models to strengthen future performance
• Support in high level strategic decisions regarding investments, supply & demand, capacity and costs
• Close collaboration collection planning, sourcing, commercial, brand, and logistics to align plans, timelines, and product availability across global markets
• Responsible for support in strategy and execution of seasonal supply and stock plans to secure product availability in line with global demand
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, or similar roles within fashion or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and drives efficient solutions.
• Collaborative and communicative team player, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable adapting to change and taking initiative in a dynamic business environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP); fluent in English.
