Nu söker vi en medarbetare på 100% (40 timmar/veckan) till Business Risk & Compliance. Är du nyfiken på att prova på en ny funktion? Vår uppgift är att skydda IKEA-medarbetare, besökare, kunder, externa partners och tillgångar från förebyggbara skador och risker samt att bidra till en trygg och positiv arbetsmiljö för alla genom att säkerställa efterlevnad av IKEA-regler och lagstiftning.

Vi söker dig som är självgående, driven och trygg i dig själv. Du gillar problemlösning och vill vara med och förändra samt förbättra hela DCt. Du är också analytisk och gillar uppföljning. Du kan följa riktlinjer samtidigt som du vågar ta egna initiativ och fatta egna beslut. Du är en positiv person som har lätt för att coacha och supportera olika människor.

För denna roll behöver du kunna svenska, i tal och skrift. Goda kunskaper i office-paketet är meriterande.

Ditt ansvar

I uppdraget ingår administrativt arbete samt arbete med DC Älmhults olika funktioner i frågor kopplade till säkerhet, vilket innebär;

  • Stödja funktionerna i säkerhetsfrågor
  • Ge stöd med expertis kring Ingka-regler samt lokal (nationell och regional) lagstiftning för att säkerställa en trygg arbetsmiljö
  • Delta i det systematiska säkerhetsarbetet genom att driva säkerhetsagendan mot hela enheten för att upptäcka och förebygga stöld, incidenter och olyckor
  • Supportera med riskbedömningar, utreda och administrera & dokumentera

Om detta arbetsområde

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% (40 timmar/veckan). Arbetstiden är vardagar dagtid. Lön enligt Unionens avtal. Arbetsområdet innebär att du kommer att ta del av känslig information för verksamhet vilket innebär tystnadsplikt.
