We're looking for a Team Lead Procurement to join our Procurement Team temporarily

As the Procurement team leader, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the procurement team, as well as monitoring and reporting on the team's key KPIs. The responsibilities include developing logistical solutions, including supplier development and improving the replenishment system, RELEX.

The role is responsible for ensuring compliance, availability, and waste reduction, supporting in achieving growth goals, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Fulfillment, Commercial, Growth, Product & Tech.

What you'll be doing as a Team Lead Procurement

Lead the daily operations for the Procurement team.

Drive continuous improvement in replenishment practices, aiming for world-class availability and spoilage with low inventory levels.

Work closely with other departments like Fulfillment and Commercial to continuously improve customer satisfaction and cost.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to optimize inbound logistics, support mutual growth, and ensure consistent performance follow-up.

Support the Procurement Manager with promoting an inclusive environment where all team members thrive, supporting their development, empowering them with autonomy, and purpose, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in replenishment operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world-class quality and delivery precision.

Solid understanding of logistics and operational value chains.

Proficiency in understanding cost drivers and dynamics to ensure product availability, minimize waste, and optimize fulfillment costs.

Ability to support team members' development, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing internally and externally.

Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish is required.

Exhibit sound judgment and proficiency in handling numerical data, adept at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to make informed decisions.
