About the Role

As a CEO Trainee, you will gain unique insight into how a fast-growing company is managed at the highest level. The role combines exposure to strategic decision-making with opportunities to contribute to operational projects. You will work closely with the CEO, take part in executive management, and gradually assume more responsibility in selected initiatives.

Example Responsibilities
  • Participate in and prepare materials for meetings with the CEO, management team, investors, and customers
  • Conduct analyses and research related to strategy, market, and expansion
  • Lead or support projects in areas such as business development, organizational growth, and internationalization
  • Follow up on activities and results, and help create structure and prioritization in the CEO's work
  • Contribute to operational matters related to planning, communication, and coordination of office-related activities
Who We're Looking For

We believe you have:

  • Completed Bachelor's and Master's degree in engineering, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience from management consulting is considered a merit
  • A strong interest in business development, technology, and sustainability
  • The ability to quickly grasp new topics, structure information, and propose solutions
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
