Vi söker en strukturerad och serviceinriktad IT-administratör som vill spela en central roll i vår dagliga IT-drift. Du ansvarar för att våra medarbetare har rätt verktyg, behörigheter och bidrar med teknisk support för att kunna utföra sitt arbete på ett effektivt och smidigt sätt.

Du blir en viktig länk mellan teknik, personal och användarstöd. Hos oss får du kombinera teknisk kompetens med servicekänsla i en stor organisation.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som IT-administratör kommer du att ha ett övergripande ansvar över administrationen av koncernens licenser, telefonilösningar, abonnemang och hårdvara.

Vanliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar on/offboarding-processen, administration av system som exempelvis Microsoft 365, Active Directory samt administration av telefoni. Du kommer att ha återkommande kontakt med våra externa leverantörer vid eventuell felsökning.

I det dagliga arbetet samarbetar du vid behov med våra IT-tekniker för att bistå våra slutanvändare med support, användarstöd och eventuell felsökning.

Du kommer att ansvara för att säkerställa att våra nya medarbetare får korrekt konfigurerade datorer, mobiltelefoner och övrig utrustning. Du sätter upp konton med tillhörande licenser, personliga behörigheter och säkerställer en sömlös onboarding för nya medarbetare.

Även offboarding-processen tillfaller IT-administratörens arbetsuppgift med återtag av all utrustning och metodisk avveckling av personkonto vid avslutande av anställning.

Som IT-administratör behöver du ha god kommunikationsförmåga för att kunna förklara tekniska lösningar på ett tydligt sätt. Du är serviceinriktad och trivs med att hjälpa användare och bidra till en fungerande IT-miljö. I ditt arbete har du förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för att lösa problem på ett effektivt sätt. Samtidigt är samarbetsförmåga viktigt då du ingår i ett sammansvetsat team.

Du är noggrann, lösningsorienterad, nyfiken och gillar att arbeta praktiskt. Du lägger stor vikt vid att skapa ordning och struktur, och har ett naturligt driv att förbättra rutiner och processer.

Kvalifikationer

  • Utbildning med inriktning IT eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer som relevant för tjänsten.
  • Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat operativt som IT-stöd med systemadministration.
  • Goda kunskaper i hantering av PC, skrivare, kringutrustning och nätverksutrustning. Installation, felsökning och konfiguration av hårdvara.
  • Har god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med telefonväxelsystem.
  • Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som IT-administratör på en större organisation.
