Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Microwave Engineer located in Linköping, Sweden. The Microwave Engineer will design and develop innovative microwave and RF systems for high-performance SATCOM terminals. Responsibilities include circuit design, developing RF and microwave solutions, using specialized equipment such as spectrum and network analyzers, and contributing to the enhancement of current technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in research initiatives to develop reliable and effective SATCOM products is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microwave system design and Microwave Engineering
• Proficiency in RF Design and related system development
• Hands-on experience with Microwave and RF instrumentation such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal generators and Network Analyzers
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional engineering team
• Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or higher degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the SATCOM or telecommunications industry is advantageous
• Excellent project management and communication skills
