What is needed in this role:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • 3 years of working experience within business development, marketing automation, process- or quality management.
  • Proven self-leadership skills and strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively produce results and high-quality deliverables.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excell are expected.
  • Experience working according to agile methodology and in cross functional teams. Certified in ITIL, Safe is an advantage
  • Strong logical skills and ability to process complex information and draw accurate conclusions from it.
  • Experience from Banking is an advantage.
  • Knowledge about Pega Marketing, Adobe Analytics and Qlik is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English
