We at Maandag Nordic are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an assignment within e-commerce in a headless commerce environment.

In this role, you will help improve and streamline how content, sales, and product processes work, ensuring a smoother, more effective, and modern digital commerce experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze how the business works with headless commerce across content, sales, and product areas
  • Conduct gap analyses in customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and marketing teams to translate needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Contribute to optimized processes and a smoother digital customer experience

Job requirements
**Mandatory:

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in a
    headless commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and how content, sales, and product engines interact
  • Ability to analyze, map, and improve processes from both a business and customer perspective.

Preferred
:

  • Experience working in e-commerce transformation or implementation projects
  • Knowledge of how separate systems for content, sales, and product interact via APIs
