Saab Kockums is looking for an Information Security Officer. In this role you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of everyday business, alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.

In your role you will be responsible for information security matters and your main tasks are to support the core business in information security issues. Furthermore, you will develop and strengthen the company's knowledge regarding information security. Together with colleagues in the security department, you will strive for improvements in the field of information security.

 Your main tasks will be:

• Providing support regarding classification and handling of information on operational and strategic level
• Developing and maintaining our information security policies
• Driving adaptation and compliance regarding information security and ways of working with classified information
• Providing support regarding risk and information analysis and recommending relevant actions
• Teaching, training and presenting
• Participating in corporate forums within Saab where you'll represent Saab Kockums AB in matters concerning information security

You will liaise and collaborate extensively internally and externally.

You will be based either in Lund or Karlskrona, but we are a global company working in an international context meaning both domestic and international travel will be required.   

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

• Documented experience from information security both in the national and the international context
• Documented experience in Swedish Security Protection Act
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Several years of experience from working with security related legislation and legal frameworks

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Several years of experience from working for government authorities or in a global company including understanding of security related issues in the business process
• Experience from and ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization
• Experience from working with international and/or non-governmental organization's classified information and compliance
• Experience working with NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, GDPR and/or equivalent frameworks

As an Information Security Officer at Saab Kockums, you are likely to get in contact with classified information. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
