Om rollen

Vi söker en Java Tech Lead med minst 10 års erfarenhet som har ett stort intresse för både teknik och människor. Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i ett team där du leder, coachar och inspirerar utvecklare för att bygga högkvalitativa och hållbara lösningar. Du är ansvarig för den tekniska riktningen och samarbetar nära andra avdelningar för att skapa innovativa lösningar.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och stötta ett team av Java-utvecklare.
  • Säkerställa hög teknisk kvalitet och hållbara lösningar.
  • Driva och bidra till arkitektur- och designbeslut.
  • Samarbeta med produktägare och andra tekniska team.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst 10 års erfarenhet av Java och relaterade teknologier.
  • Har erfarenhet av Cloud (AWS, GCP, AZURE)
  • Har tidigare erfarenhet som teamledare eller i en teknisk ledarroll.
  • Är en naturlig problemlösare och en god kommunikatör.
  • Trivs med att arbeta i ett agilt och dynamiskt team.
