Lis Bonne Atelier är ett svenskt modebolag med bas i Stockholm. Vi är ett litet och sammansvetsat team som arbetar nära varandra och våra leverantörer i Portugal och Turkiet. Hos oss är tempot högt, beslutsvägarna korta och dagarna varierade.

Nu söker vi en driven och strukturerad produktions- och logistikkoordinator som blir en nyckelperson i arbetet med våra produktioner och leveranser, från orderläggning till att varorna når kunden. Rollen är ny hos oss och en blir viktig del i att bygga upp en strukturerad och skalbar process för logistik och produktion.

Du utgår från vårt kontor i Stockholm och kommer ha nära kontakt med våra leverantörer, agenter och lagerpartner.

Exempel på vad du kommer göra:


• Skicka och följa upp inköpsorder till leverantörer


• Strukturera och ansvara för leveransplaner, statusuppdateringar och transportbokningar


• Utveckla och orderlägga emballage


• Koordinera inleveranser med vårt lager och transportörer


• Säkerställa och förbättra våra orderflöden.


• Stötta kundservice vid behov, främst i frågor om leveranser och returer

Vi tror att du:


• Är strukturerad, noggrann och gillar att arbeta systematiskt


• Trivs med både administration och praktisk problemlösning


• Har utbildning inom, eller motsvarande erfarenhet från, logistik, textil, inköp eller e-handel


• Talar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande


• Bonus om du har arbetat i Shopify, Fortnox eller liknande system tidigare
