Vi söker en engagerad och serviceinriktad HR Contact Support till ett spännande konsultuppdrag i Göteborg 

I rollen fungerar du som första kontaktpunkt för HR-relaterade frågor från medarbetare, chefer och HR Business Partners. Du besvarar frågor via telefon och mejl och bidrar till att skapa smidiga lösningar genom självserviceportaler och digitala HR-verktyg. Ditt arbete gör att HR-processerna flyter effektivt och att medarbetarna får en positiv upplevelse av stödet från HR. 

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ge HR-relaterad support via telefon och e-post
  • Stödja medarbetare, chefer och HRBP:er i HR-frågor
  • Säkerställa korrekt hantering av personaluppgifter
  • Bidra till utveckling av självserviceportaler och intranät
  • Ge information om HR-policyer, lönefrågor och förmåner
  • Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av HR-processer

Vi söker dig som har

  • God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska
  • Erfarenhet av 1-2 års administrativt HR-arbete eller liknande servicefunktion
  • Erfarenhet av att ge support via telefon och e-post
