My name is Sanchita Sinha, Head of Data & Analytics Delivery for Network at Telia Company and today we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Common Products Analytics team. Your analytical skills will play a vital role in driving Telia products streams with data driven insights.

What you'll do:

As a Data Analyst in the Common Products Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify discrepancies, develop effective solutions, and support strategic decision-making. Your insights will directly contribute to the product goals and success of our organization across our Nordic and Baltic business.

You will be working in a cross-functional team tightly integrated with our Business Stakeholders . Collaborate with them and IT to understand the different processes and how different systems interact with each other to provide services to our customers. Analyze large datasets to identify trends , patterns, and anomalies related to the use case to generate valuable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to focus on defined vision and resolve business problems. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data driven decisions. Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business practices.

You are independent with a strong drive , yet a team player who appreciates an inclusive team environment. You have a proven track record in data analysis , where your unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills has created value. Specifically, you have proven experience as a Data Analyst with success stories to share. Your analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data sets and work with various databases while effectively managing data from multiple sources. You are proficient in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and Python and have experience with data visualization tools like Qlik Sense , Tableau or Power BI . Your curious and proactive mindset drives you to raise and test hypotheses to uncover insights. You have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. You can initiate, drive, and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
