STORE MANAGER

Om rollen

Som Store Manager har du det övergripande ansvaret för butikens resultat, teamets utveckling och den dagliga driften. Du leder genom tydlighet, engagemang och struktur och säkerställer att butiken alltid lever upp till Mieles premiumstandard.

Du är närvarande i vardagen, coachar ditt team och driver försäljning, kundupplevelse och samarbete, både lokalt och nationellt.

Ansvarsområden

  • Helhetsansvar för butikens drift, resultat och personal

  • Leda, utveckla och följa upp teamet i vardagen

  • Säkerställa hög kvalitet i kundmöten, rådgivning och service

  • Planera och genomföra events och aktiviteter

  • Arbeta strukturerat med mål, uppföljning och förbättring

  • Vara en tydlig representant för Mieles kultur och värderingar

Din profil

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledande roll inom retail eller försäljning

  • Van att arbeta med premiumsegmentet eller rådgivande försäljning

  • Trygg ledare som kombinerar tydlighet med engagemang

  • Resultatorienterad utan att tappa människan

  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga och god samarbetsförmåga
