Wondr is entering an exciting and rapid growth phase We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our international sales organization, accelerate revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in our expansion across the Nordics and into future European markets.

We build a modular web application purpose-built for gym and fitness operations, simplifying the management of memberships, payments, bookings, access control, and much more. Customers can tailor the system to perfectly fit their needs.

Following strong growth over the past few years, we are now rapidly expanding across the Nordics. Your leadership will be central to this critical phase.

The Role – Blending Strategy and Execution

As Sales Director, you will manage, coach, and scale a geographically dispersed sales team, while also taking an active operational role in driving strategic deals and setting best practices. You will be the crucial link between strategy and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop: Build a high-performance sales culture based on accountability, collaboration, and result.

Strategy Execution: Execute and refine the sales strategy in close collaboration with the CRO, aligning business objectives and growth goals.

Coaching & Metrics: Set and monitor KPIs and actively coach your team to improve performance, deal execution, and customer engagement.

Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to optimize the full customer lifecycle.

Own Sales Ops: Be responsible for sales operations processes including forecasting, CRM management (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Representation: Represent Wondr at industry events and support strategic account relationships when required.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-driven sales leader with a strong grasp of SaaS sales models and a proven ability to build scalable, repeatable processes. You excel at pipeline and forecast management, use CRM insights to drive performance, and collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and customer success. You're a hands-on coach who develops reps, fosters a motivating and accountable team culture, and understands how to position a technical SaaS product in a competitive market.

Qualifications

5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within SaaS software sales.

Experience from marketing and partner lead sales.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth in international markets.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and unify remote teams.

Data-driven, experienced with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (additional languages are a plus).
