We are looking for a driven and businessminded Key Account Manager to join our Automotive Division at Aros Electronics in Mölndal. Your Role
As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships within our Automotive Division, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the business. You'll work closely with customers, engineering, and project management teams to ensure long-term success, both commercially and technically.
Key responsibilities:
Full commercial responsibility for assigned key accounts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Manage ongoing projects, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Act as the main point of contact with your customers, providing proactive communication and support.
Monitor customer scorecards and performance indicators, initiating improvement actions when needed.
Identify customer needs and transform them into viable business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities.
Support the division's strategic direction by helping to shape future technologies and solutions.

Qualifications and skills:
At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in mechatronics or similar.
Minimum five years of experience in Key Account Management or technical sales within the automotive industry.
Proven track record managing large accounts
Solid understanding of complex technical environments and product development processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
