Capgemini Invent SweDFi (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) is seeking a Director to join our Energy & Utilities industry team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a strategic client relationship within the Energy & Utilities sector, acting as their trusted advisor and driving tailored transformation initiatives. You will be accountable for understanding the client's specific needs, shaping solutions that leverage Capgemini Group's global capabilities, and expanding our partnership to deliver measurable business impact.

Focus areas within this role include:

• Own the Client Relationship: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong connections and understanding the client's specific needs and priorities.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and develop opportunities that grow our business with the client, leveraging Capgemini's global capabilities to create value.
• Shape Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver transformation initiatives aligned with the client's objectives.
• Champion Innovation: Bring insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and digital technologies to help the client navigate the energy transition and sustainability challenges.

• Proven experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, ideally within consulting or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development, client engagement and account growth, supported by an active senior network within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Deep understanding of the Utilities sector dynamics, industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital technologies shaping the energy landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish

Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm office, ready to travel to our clients' sites when needed.
