Solution Architect to Payments

About The Job
Accounts & Payments is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from an architectural perspective. As an experienced Solution Architect with solid knowledge of modern front-end architecture and agile ways of working, you will be a vital part of our community driving the Accounts & Payments agenda in the bank. We are now accelerating the journey of providing state of the art experiences for our customers engaging with the Accounts & Payments products and services of the future. We are therefore looking for a Solution Architect who can drive this architectural transformation together with our team of architects and as part of multi-disciplinary teams of customer experience professionals, business analysts, developers and banking product specialists.

About The Role

• Be a part of setting, continuously improving and implementing the target channels architecture in line with the business objectives;
• Guide and support development and delivery teams both on a strategic and operative level;
• You will cooperate with people from Business, Operations, to IT infrastructure and other architects within SEB;
• Your work will involve a high degree of complexity, both from a technology perspective and from a people and process perspective;
• You will be involved in different kind of questions around web channels, mobile apps, customer APIs and event driven architecture;
• You will belong to the Shared Service Architecture team and report to the team manager for that team and will be guided by Domain Architecture group and be part of the architecture community within the area.

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe

• You have experience from large scale public channels applications;
• You have worked with legacy systems and modern techniques and understanding how to tie them together in the best possible way to fulfill the business requirements;
• You are "hands-on" when needed with the possibility to code PoCs to prove out ideas or guide development teams
• Very experienced in stakeholder management and possess clear cooperation skills and still maintaining a strong hands-on drive and a goal-oriented approach;
• Well founded in the IT area and your proposals are based on a solid understanding of existing IT solutions considering possibilities of new technology;
• Can combine a pragmatic approach with a creative and innovative mindset to find best solutions to business challenges;
• You need to be fluent in English and have a well-developed oral and written communication skills where you easily understand and interact with both business and IT.

Would Be Considered As Advantage, If You Have

• Worked as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer and want to use that experience to set broader architecture and to help realize business objectivesExperience from the financial sector, payments and / or cash management area
• Experience from front-end architecture, designing reusable components, microservices. Worked with technologies such as Angular and / or other modern web frameworks
• Any certifications or architecture methodologies experience.
