We are hiring iOS Tech Leadfor the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced iOS Tech Lead. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive the modernization, scalability, and performance of our iOS applications used by millions of users worldwide. You'll lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 10+ years of hands-on IOS development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern concurrency patterns.
  • Proven experience leading technical direction or architecture for large-scale consumer apps.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles, dependency injection, and modular architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience refactoring complex, legacy codebases into modern architectures.
  • Passionate about clean code, testing, and automation (unit, UI, and snapshot tests).
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Firebase, MapKit, StoreKit, or large-scale mobile data architecture.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to optimize app performance and developer experience.
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently and bring innovative ideas to the team.
