Security Governance Officer

Can you ensure security is effectively integrated and managed across our organisation?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Drive the systematic work of security across Swedbank, incl. information, personnel and physical security
• Establish and ensure effective execution of security Framework, incl. related internal and external regulations and rules, and alignment with other Group frameworks and processes
• Develop and lead implementation of a management system for security, ensuring security requirements, roles and responsibilities, and processes are integrated across the organisation
• Develop and coordinate sound processes for security governance, including Security Operating Model, security process management, and governing bodies and decision-making structures via e.g. committees and forums
• Collaborate and engage stakeholders across Swedbank on topics incl. Framework execution and follow-up, regulatory coordination, role and responsibility embedding

What is needed in this role:

• Demonstrated experience in governance and compliance, preferably within security, IT or related domains in a senior role within a large financial service organisation
• Proven ability to interpret requirements (internal and external, incl. regulations and laws specific to security)
• Experience in change management in a large organisation
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority and specialisms
• Demonstrated experience of successful communication skills, easily making sense of the complex and what it is important.
