ABOUT THE ROLE

As a
User Experience Designer at ZetaDisplay
, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of Engage Suite, our SaaS platform for digital signage. Working closely with the Product Manager and Software Engineers, you will ensure that user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility come together in intuitive, user friendly and visually cohesive designs.

This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product Management and R&D to deliver user-centred solutions that make our products both powerful and easy to use. You will be involved throughout the entire design process, from research and discovery to high-fidelity design and implementation, helping us continuously improve usability and product consistency across the Engage Suite.

Key responsibilities include

• Design intuitive, user-centric web applications within the Engage Suite, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes and final assets
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse user feedback to continuously improve the product experience
• Create and maintain a consistent design system (components, patterns, style guides) that scales with the product
• Conduct product discovery with Product Management and Development Teams to design solutions that work for the company and our customers love
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D, in a quick feedback loop, to align design with product goals with technical solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Maintain and develop our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Advocate for a user-centred mindset across teams through clear communication and collaboration

WHO ARE YOU?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Proven experience in user experience design (Ideally 5 years or more), preferably with products for professionals
• Strong skills in Figma and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• A good understanding of accessibility principles and interaction design
• Experience of working with and maintaining a design system
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Holds a valid work permit in Sweden or Finland
