About the role

As a Solution Architect, you will work with epic owners, product owners, other architects and development teams, to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Your role will involve translating business strategies and needs into actionable architectural plans, balancing the need for innovation with progress, and aligning priorities with tribes and squads. You will also play a crucial role in knowledge sharing within a senior team of architects.

About the team

This role is part of the Mobility Architecture unit within our broader IT Architecture organization in If. The team consists of 6 senior solution architects working closely together following a scaled agile process. We ensure that development is aligned with business needs and our target architecture.

Who are you?

You are an experienced solution architect with a collaborative mindset, a passion for quality and can navigate complex enterprise environments. You excel at aligning architectural solutions with business goals and thrive in a role that bridges business strategy and IT development.

Your background includes:

  • Experience of engaging with different stakeholders to identify and document needs within the insurance domain
  • Experience of process & information modelling
  • You have experience from Nordic motor insurance and implementation of Guidewire Insurance Suite
