SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Are you ready to drive growth in decorative sales for the professional painting market?

We're looking for a Sales Manager for our Professional segment to lead strategy and execution across the Swedish market. In this role, you'll be the key driver behind our growth, profitability and strong customer relationships.

This is a home-based position located in southern or central Sweden, requiring regular travel throughout the country.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, analysing market trends, and managing your own customer portfolio.

  • Develop and implement strategies—both long-term and tactical—to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Engage with architectural firms to share insights, build relationships, and ensure our products reach the right projects.

  • Lead and inspire your team through clear goals, coaching, and continuous follow-up.
