Det här kommer du att göra
Som ESG & Compliance Manager driver och utvecklar du Division Energis arbete inom compliance och hållbarhet. Du har ett tydligt ägarskap för att säkerställa att verksamheten arbetar proaktivt och strategiskt inom dessa områden samt följer interna policys, externa regelverk och koncerngemensamma krav. Du identifierar områden för utveckling, driver centrala initiativ och säkerställer att divisionens ambitioner omsätts i praktiken.

Du stöttar verksamheterna som ingår i Division Energi med bedömning, hantering och uppföljning av risker samt ger stöd i komplexa frågor. Du kombinerar strategiarbete med operativt arbete.

Inom Compliance ansvarar du för att utveckla, implementera samt följa upp strukturer och processer, och bidrar med bland annat rådgivning, utbildning, uppföljning och rapportering. Primärt fokus för compliance är Lantmännens affärsetiska- och GDPR-compliance-program (det affärsetiska programmet innefattar bl.a. anti-korruption, konkurrensrätt och sanktionsefterlevnad).

Inom ESG samordnar du och utvecklar divisionens hållbarhetsarbete och ansvarar för koordinering, planering och rapportering i nära samarbete med nyckelintressenter och experter.

Du rapporterar till Head of Legal för Division Energi. Du kommer även ha ett nära samarbete med och ingå funktionellt i Lantmännens koncernövergripande Compliance-organisation. Rollen är placerad på Lantmännens huvudkontor i Stockholm. Resor till divisionens verksamheter förekommer.
