We are now looking for a Senior Solution Architecture Lead.

Lead Solution Architect – Drive Architecture and Deliver Results

Are you an experienced Solution Architect who thrives on making things happen? We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to lead and actively drive the work of a team of approximately 10 solution architects in one of our major development initiatives.

About the Role

This is not a high-level, abstract role. We need someone who is hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on moving the work forward in a "good enough" manner without losing sight of quality. Your ability to combine architectural expertise with practical execution will be key to success.

This is a role that will work closely with our Head of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture as his right-hand, and leadership skills are essential.

You will:


• Lead and coordinate the architecture team, ensuring alignment and progress.


• Be deeply involved in solution design and integration work—not just steering from a distance.


• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Drive architectural decisions and ensure consistency across applications and integrations.


• Facilitate design processes involving:

o Application business processes

o Logical information modeling

o Event-based integration design


• Remove obstacles, make pragmatic decisions, and keep the team moving forward.
