About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead category growth, assortment development and strategic execution across our product portfolio. You will own the full product lifecycle – from concept and development to launch and performance follow-up – and play a central role in aligning creative vision with commercial performance.

This role combines brand-driven product development, data-led assortment planning and structured project leadership. You'll work cross-functionally with Buying, Demand Planning, Marketing, Sustainability, Creative, and external partners to deliver high-performing products that reflect CAIA's brand identity and meet customer expectations.

Brand-Led Creativity & Product Innovation

  • Lead product development that reflects CAIA's brand identity, values, and customer mindset.

  • Identify innovation opportunities, trends, and whitespace in the market and within CAIA's assortment.

  • Ensure product concepts are aligned with brand, customer needs, performance goals, and commercial strategy.

  • Drive creative thinking in both new development and reimagining of existing assortment.

  • Secure product excellence across formula, packaging, performance, sensoriality, storytelling, and claims.

Strategic Assortment Planning & Commercial Execution

  • Build and evolve category strategies to support growth across core assortment, bestsellers, and new innovations.

  • Analyze assortment performance to identify gaps, missed opportunities, and areas for optimization and growth.

  • Take action on insights to improve margin, turnover, and strategic category positioning.

  • Collaborate with Buyer and Demand Planner on forecast, pricing, volumes, and availability.

  • Ensure assortment decisions are data-informed and support both short- and long-term growth.

  • Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory frameworks (EU, UK, US), product claims, and sustainability standards.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead development projects across the product lifecycle – managing timelines, briefs, approvals, and execution.

  • Act as Project Manager in cross-functional workstreams with Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners.

  • Drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across all stakeholders from concept to launch.

  • Identify and manage risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects on track and within scope.

  • Support and guide Product Developers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Product Development within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.

  • Strong track record of owning categories and delivering growth across core, bestsellers and innovation launches.

  • Experience leading complex development projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to act on data to shape assortment, pricing, and performance.

  • Commercial mindset and understanding of margin drivers, lifecycle planning, and sell-through optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of product compliance, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a deep interest in beauty, customer behavior.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional building.

  • Fluent in English.
