Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead end-to-end change initiatives to support business transformation across the organization
  • Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans
  • Assess change impact, readiness and risks across functions and teams
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage resistance to change
  • Design and execute communication plans to ensure clarity, alignment and buy-in
  • Coach and support leaders and managers to enable successful change adoption
  • Develop and facilitate training and change capability programs
  • Monitor change progress, track adoption KPIs and measure effectiveness
  • Continuously improve change management frameworks, tools and ways of working
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers and cross-functional teams in a global environment

What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change in complex and global organizations
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools
  • Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a structured way of working
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage
