Business Analyst & Project Lead

As a Business Analyst & Project Lead at NA-KD, you will play a vital role in optimizing our processes and contributing to the success of our business. You will work in the borderland between commercial operations and IT, where you have an important role in understanding and uniting the two parts. You are skilled in making data accessible to the organization and responsible for developing tools and dashboards to various stakeholders. You will have a leading position in various business development projects and work closely with stakeholders from other departments.

Your analytical skills and ability to interpret market dynamics will be crucial in maintaining a competitive advantage in the ever-evolving fashion industry. You will be analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will drive informed decisions and strategic planning in the business and contribute to profitable growth. You are skilled in presenting and communicating analysis results in a way that is easy to understand and make decisions based on.

You will report to the Head of Business Controlling & Planning but will be working cross functional with stakeholders from other departments. Together you work to create consensus around the business's needs, risks, opportunities and priorities accordingly.

Key responsibilities:

• Product owner of our BI-system: Manage, support and develop reports/dashboards in our BI systems and analytical tools from a business perspective. Have a lead position in defining commercial requirements for system development projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in core business processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Data Analysis: You will utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights. By analyzing data, identifying trends you will share insights and analytical support to enable data-driven and fact-based decision making.
• Pricing strategy: Perform pricing analysis and provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Project leadership: You will lead various development projects and work closely with the marketing, sales, B2B & purchasing teams. Participate in meetings and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Relevant educational background
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of data structures and BigQuery and SQL
• Advanced BI, Google Analytics, excel and google sheet skills
• Experience in project leadership and development of analysis tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with key stakeholders & management team
• Self-going & self-confident, with the ability to drive things from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic mindset
• Ability to deliver high quality analysis, and are skilled in how to visualize and present data for senior management and other stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for online retail is preferred
