About the Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a key member of a small but highly skilled infrastructure team of four.

Your work will be split between building new infrastructure and improving and operating existing systems. You will work on business-critical systems where reliability and scalability are essential.

We are therefore looking for a senior, self-driven engineer with at least four years (more experience is a plus) of hands-on experience.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform
  • Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters in a global environment
  • Manage networking, routing, load balancing, and DNS
  • Optimize PostgreSQL databases and contribute to event-driven architecture (Kafka)
  • Drive automation and improve operational resilience
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and take lead in escalated incidents

You will also be part of an on-call rotation approximately one week per month (with compensation). Historically, incidents have been rare, but when they happen, availability and teamwork are critical.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
  • Strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (must-haves)
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar)
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Extra points for experience with Java/Spring Boot or fintech, but not required.
