Job Summary
As a Transport Coordinator at TD SYNNEX Sweden AB, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods within our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of transportation, from planning and scheduling to tracking and resolving any logistical challenges.

Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transportation activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, both domestic and international.
* Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation solutions.
* Monitor shipment progress, track deliveries, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
* Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including customs forms, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
* Optimize transportation routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and generate reports as required.
* Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of transport operations.
* Respond to and resolve transportation-related inquiries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.
* Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
* Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

A relevant degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
