Partner Marketing is a team dedicated to strengthening Axis' relationships with partners and driving joint business growth. Our work spans the full partner ecosystem—distributors, system integrators, A&E consultants, and technology partners—and focuses on creating an exceptional partner experience that fuels loyalty and long-term success.

We collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing teams around the world, aligning strategies, sharing insights, and ensuring execution across markets. Internally we partner with various key functions to deliver high quality experiences throughout the partner journey.

You'll lead a team of skilled marketers who work collaboratively to shape the global partner marketing strategy and deliver high-impact initiatives. As a leader, you'll foster an inclusive, empowering environment where people thrive and bring their best ideas forward. You have a passion for leadership and team development and continuous focus on improving your leadership skills to ensure the development of your team. You believe in being a coaching and inclusive manager and support your team to work independently as well as collaboratively by leveraging on each other's strengths. You trust your team and their abilities and delegate with confidence.

What will you do as Manager Partner Marketing?
As Manager Partner Marketing, you'll own the strategic and operational direction of the unit. You will:

• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.
• Drive global partner marketing and communication strategies in close collaboration with sales and regional teams.
• Shape and evolve our partner programs and the overall partner experience.
• Set structure, frameworks, and long-term direction for your area.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Align global and regional marketing efforts to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.
• You'll report to Director, Partner & End Customer Marketing.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an engaged, people-focused leader who brings:

• Strong leadership skills with a coaching, inclusive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid experience in international marketing, including strategy and program development.
• Experienced in developing partner marketing elements, initiatives and governance.
• Proven business acumen—ideally with exposure to sales or business development.
• Background in a global organization with complex technical offerings.
• Strong written and spoken English.
