Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Creative Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving creative excellence across digital channels, with a specific focus on social and influencer marketing. This role is for a digitally savvy creative who understands the new fast-moving media landscape and can turn insights and trends into content strategies that resonate, perform, and build brand equity.

Working closely with the Global Creative Director, the Creative Strategist ensures that all creative output aligns with the overarching brand direction and visual identity, maintaining consistency, clarity, and cohesion across all platforms and pushing creative boundaries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy for Digital Channels: Develop and support channel-specific creative strategies for social media and influencer marketing that align with the brand identity and objectives.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Contribute to the development of briefs, creative ideas, and content production to ensure social and influencer activations feel relevant, fresh, and engaging.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Guide, coach, and direct internal teams and external partners to ensure strong creative development across projects and teams.
  • Digital Trendspotting: Stay on top of emerging digital trends, platform shifts, and creator culture, and actively bring forward ideas that can be applied to campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the social, influencer, and paid media teams, ensuring creative strategies are clear, actionable, and cohesive across touchpoints.
  • Performance-Driven Thinking: Support the optimization of creative concepts by considering insights and data, ensuring ideas not only look good but also deliver measurable results.
  • Creator Content & Paid Media Alignment: Lead the creative oversight for creator content in paid and ensure paid assets, influencer content, and storytelling are aligned in tone, look and channel.
  • Inspiration & Knowledge Sharing: Share inspiration, best practices, and cultural references that push teams to innovate and stay ahead.

Performance Metrics:

  • Strength and relevance of creative ideas delivered for social, influencer, and paid channels.
  • Measurable improvements in KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Brand alignment and creative consistency across influencer content, paid assets, and social media.
  • Integration of platform trends and creator culture into campaigns.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with...

  • Proven experience of similar roles within social media, influencer marketing, or digital-first creative strategy (preferably from the fashion industry).
  • Strong ability to connect brand philosophy and strategy with creative concepts that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of organic social, creator content, paid social, and the interplay between them.

  • Great collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple creative inputs.
