We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale network deployment across multiple operational locations in the Nordics. The focus of the project is to expand and manage network access points as part of the organization's quality improvement and digital development initiatives.

This role is not hands-on technical but is crucial for planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple stakeholders. The consultant will serve as the primary link between internal teams, external vendors, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the deployment of network access points across multiple locations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (e.g., IT, operations) and external network vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage dependencies across multiple parties.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between local sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Support post-deployment follow-ups to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT, network, or infrastructure projects with Cisco solutions.
  • Proven experience coordinating deliveries with multiple external vendors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Nice To Have

  • Experience managing projects involving network or IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple physical locations (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, or similar).
  • Experience working in Nordic or international environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting practices.
