We are B2B2C modular SaaS platform, powered by AI. Across ~40 different modules we are heavily relying on various integrations (payments, smart-locks, marketplaces) and AI (our in-house developed agentic-framework for our chatbot and advanced Insights). As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 450,000 households - approximately 20% of all rental tenants in Sweden.
Having proven product-market fit in the Nordics we are now embarking on an exciting growth journey and as we are evolving our Product & Technology organization we are looking for experienced Flutter Engineer who wants to help bring our platform to the next level.
Role Description
As a Lead Flutter Engineer at Avy, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering engaging and high-performant frontends (mobile and web) for our end-users.
Our teams work in a cross-functional, product-led, agile environment where tech, product and design collaborate closely.
This role requires deep technical expertise and problem-solving mindset.
In this role as our Lead Flutter Engineer you would
Lead our Flutter Chapter
Architect, Engineer and support implementation of Avy's front-ends
Develop secure, clean and scalable code
Make sure that written code is covered by tests with defined acceptance levels
Work closely with design and product team in agile and scrum process
Work closely with Product Owner in roadmap creation process
Open to work in high paced, stable and agile start-up environment
As this is Lead level role, you need to have at least several years of experience in Flutter development.
Qualifications
Proficient with AI-assisted tools in day-to-day work
Previous experience in Flutter
Previous experience with react-native or Android/iOS native development
Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
5+ years experience with JavaScript or JAVA or Swift
Experience consuming (non-)RESTful APIs
Structured analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Experience leading teams
