Job Position: Partnerships Manager for Sweden

Reporting to: Vice President, School Partnerships

Office Location : Stockholm

What you'll do

Open up the school market for Efekta Eduction in Sweden together with Vice President, School Partnerships

Execute go-to-market plans tailored to public school entities and private schools for our digital English training programs.

Engage and influence teachers and education administrators to drive initiatives aligned with Efekta's mission.

Be active in school networks including social media

Manage full sales cycles: prospecting, proposal design (RFP/RFQ), negotiation, and closure.

Reach KPIs such as new partnerships secured, revenue growth, sales funnel velocity.

What you'll bring

Minimum 3 years' sales experience within B2S or B2G.

Proven ability to close high-value deals with Schools in Sweden.

Understanding of school procurement policy and process, and ideally a network in the education sector.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Experience in EdTech, SAAS, or Publishing is a plus.
