Role Overview

The Lead Quantity Surveyor manages project cost planning, commercial control and contract administration for major European projects. You will price tenders, manage variations, forecast costs and support commercial governance across complex electrical/mechanical packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare subcontract documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Price M&E tenders and variations.
  • Prepare monthly interim applications.
  • Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial control.
  • Provide forecasting, cashflow and cost-plan reviews.
  • Mentor junior QS staff.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree-qualified QS with 7–8 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of M&E packages.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience with Primavera P6 or Procore is desirable.
